  • Proofs, proofs, proofs …

We have received proof prints of Nostalgia in both Swedish and English and they are, aside from some small errors (which is exactly what proofs are for!), gorgeous! New files with corrections are uploaded and we are still, with margin, set on release by 1st of March.

That said, the Swedish version is up in some bookstores and you may sign up for a message when it’s available (although, we will surely remind you 🙂 ):

In short, character sheets and reference cards will be available for download from Kaleidoskop.games/nostalgia.

  • Happy New Year!

As we write 2026 in our calendars, we are working hard with Nostalgia with focus on editing the Swedish translation, as well as the layout of the game, with old story-book illustrations. It’s still a work in progress, but we’ll give you a sneak peek, kind of behind-the-scenesy:

It’s fair to say, we’re still on track for publishing both the English and Swedish version by the end of March.

Enjoy the new year! We sure will!

  • … and we’re back!

After some years of, if not slumber so at least some kind of low maintenance mode, Kaleidoskop is back online and ready to bring forth our games once more. Welcome to Kaleidoskop Games!

    A Brief History

Kaleidoskop Games was established in 2008 when a group of RPG creators decided to publish games under a collective label. In a short period of time, we released games like The Supercrew, Nostalgia and Terone, which were followed by Magneter och Mirakel a while later. Then, for some reason, though still creating games, few saw the light of day (that is, being published).

    What will happen now?

Our first priority is to publish the second edition of the much beloved story-telling game Nostalgia in March 2026. Please subscribe to our newsletters to get the latest news about the release!

Although still without release dates, we’re (slowly) working on new editions of the Sword & Sorcery game Haragada and the post-post-apocalyptic science-fantasy game Terone, as well as some other not yet named projects.

    Continue conversation

As of now, Kaleidoskop Games got a discord server, and we’d love to see you join us and continue conversation there. Our Facebook Page is still up and running, and if you want to get our latest news, the newsletter is a safe bet.

Damn, it’s good to be back!
